In loving memory of Nicholas (Nick) Crewe who passed away on Thursday, 2nd May 2024, aged 78 years. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Donations will benefit the Critical Care Unit.

Jon Dilling - From Jon, Bob, and everyone at Ringwood Town FC VETS team - I would like to share our thoughts on how we will remember Nick; a true gent, who was wise, friendly, and loyal...and who above all ensured the club remained in existence when we all played for the main team way back when, but that work ensured the club remains even today! We raised this money at our recent VETS game on Friday 25th May up at Long Lane, dedicating the match to Nick, a true legend. You will be missed by all of us my friend. Our thoughts are with Shirley and the family in their loss.

Lynne Barton - I feel blessed to have known Nick for 35 years at Aldridge Brownlee. Nick was always a ray of sunshine whenever I saw him with his kindness and great sense of humour. He was always willing to help and very knowledgeable. He will be missed by everyone at AB. My sincere condolences to Shirley, Russell Alan and family. Love. Lynne x

Hugh Turner - In memory of Nick a life long friend for close on 70 years from our pre school days till our late 70's. he was dearly loved by myself and all our group of ex school friends and he was the mainstay of our remaining in contact over all the ensuing years. Nick was the one who was always there for us and often the organiser of our periodic meetings. In latter years in particular he he would organise our regular lunch meetings though by then our numbers were sadly depleted. It is not often in life that such friendships can last literally a lifetime and to count myself very lucky to have done so and will really miss him . My sincere condolances to Shirley and the family in their tragic loss.

Mrs Maureen J Reed - Nick was such a friendly, caring person and will be missed sorely by me, by family and many others. Nick and I had worked together for over 45-50 years and besides him being my "boss" he was a true friend. Such a tragic way to go but I have no doubt he will be looking down from above keeping an eye on his much loved family and the "Cherries". Rest in peace Nick.

Robin Crellin - Nick will be much missed by me and by all his neighbours in Rows G and H (Main Stand) at AFCB.

Linda Newton - So many memories over the past 20 odd years,, when we met at the law costing meetings. So many work telephone conversations. Such a kind and caring man. I will miss Nick very much.

Pauline Weetman - Remembering all my holidays in Bournemouth when we were kids, trips to Bournemouth beach, train trip to Swanage with my Mum and Dad and all the picnics and games of cricket at Throop Mill. Happy days!
